Authorised use

Use of the working Hub is limited to its authorised user. Connect only accounts and calendars you have permission to access. Google Calendar access remains read-only; the Hub’s private planning changes do not change the original Google events.

Planning information

Calendar feeds can be delayed or incomplete. Travel times, suggested timings and assistant summaries are planning aids and should be checked against the relevant booking, operator or other authoritative source when decisions depend on them.

Flight-related scheduling is for diary organisation. The Hub is not an operational flight-planning, navigation or dispatch system. A planned event does not prove attendance or completion.

Availability and changes

Features depend on the private system and connected providers. Access can be interrupted by outages, account changes or revoked permissions. The app may be updated or discontinued; there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
